Full-Time maintenance and cleaning staff
Compensation:
$9-$15+/hourly depending on experience

Job Purpose:
To maintain and repair all facilities within our rental group
Duties:
- Complete basic maintenance and repair projects as assigned.
- Maintain lawns and landscaping at some properties.
- Must be available to be “on-call” certain night and weekends for emergency maintenance requests and repairs.
- Must be able to communicate with tenants to schedule repairs.
- Any basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, or appliance repair is a plus.
