Credit card Payment OptionS

We happily accept credit cards for rental payments. We have done everything possible to keep these fees as low as possible for our tenants.
BEST OPTION FOR TENANTS: Automatic Payments can be set up by picking up a form, ONLY AT THE OFFICE, to set up automatic payments. If you wish to set up this payment option, please bring the paper into the office and speak to Katie directly.
THERE IS NO FEE TO SET UP AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS.
Payments made through the website will incur a 2% fee. A reminder to add the 2% fee on top of your rental payment will be on the payment page through our website.
Payments made at the office will still incur a 3% fee. We will remind you of the 3% fee each time you make a payment at the office.
NO PAYMENTS VIA TELEPHONE. Payments can be made in person during regular business hours or on the website. Conveniently, we do have a drop box outside the office - we ask kindly that you only put Money Orders or Checks into the drop box.

You can now securely pay your rent online using a credit/debit card. 
  • Click the "Click Here to Pay Rent" button
  • Enter your Rental Address
  • Enter your Total Amount Due 
  • Make sure to add in the 2% charge for rental payments paid online.
  • Enter your Payment and Billing Information
  • Click Submit Payment
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your payment is submitted from the credit card company
  • IF you would like a second email stating your balance, please use the tab on payment page
To pay your rent or deposit via cash, check, or money order, please visit our office in Marion.
​Payments received Monday thru Friday after 5:00pm (ET) with be processed the next business day. Payments made over weekends/holidays will be processed the following business day. 
*Hoosier Rental Group is not responsible for late payments caused by website or other technology issues. Tenants are solely responsible for paying their rent in full and on time. If you cannot access the terminal, please pay your rent in person at our office in Marion, IN.
