New Payment OptionS - effective december 1st
We happily accept credit cards for rental payments. We have done everything possible to keep these fees as low as possible for our tenants.
1. We will no longer be accepting PAYPAL payments.
2. You can pick up a form, ONLY AT THE OFFICE, to set up automatic payments. If you wish to set up this payment option, please bring the paper into the office and speak to Katie directly. THERE IS NO FEE TO SET UP AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS.
3. Payments made through the website will DECREASE to a 2% fee. A reminder to add the 2% fee on top of your rental payment will be on the payment page through our website.
4. Payments made at the office will still incur a 3% fee. We will remind you of the 3% fee each time you make a payment at the office.
5. Unfortunately, we will no longer accept payments via telephone. All payments must be made either in person or on the website. Conveniently, we do have a drop box outside the office - we ask kindly that you only put Money Orders or Checks into the drop box.
6. Lastly, please understand that we will no longer be sending out receipts to our tenants. If you want a copy of your receipt, please stop by the office or we can email you a copy of the receipt as well.
